DCA Civil Engineering Group provided complete civil engineering services as part of the RBB team. This project required expansive soil re-compaction and complex grading plans for a "state of the art" campus style housing development.

RBB Architects was commissioned to serve as programmers, precinct planners and architects for the Undergraduate Student Housing project to include 1200 suite style units. The complex will include computer labs, classrooms, study lounges, convenience store, social lounges, game room, laundry facilities, general conferencing space, central office/mailroom, and recreational areas.
