DCA Civil Engineering Group provided civil engineering, mapping, and field surveying services for the design and build of a 14 acre, industrial/commercial condominium buildings and including a retail area in the City of El Segundo.

The goal of Campus El Segundo was to create a mixed-use corporate campus with distinctive architecture, lush walkways, waterscapes and inviting public spaces that combine business, retail, entertainment and recreation.

The scope of the work for the industrial condominiums included: 
Topographic survey, ALTA and AS-built, utilities research and plotting, grading plan set, storm drains design, sewer design, off-site street improvement plan, lot line adjustment, tentative and final tract map, monumentation, SWPPP and SUSMP preparation, hydrology/hydraulics report, utility company notification letters, and utility coordination, earthwork calculations, cost estimating, utility coordination, field engineering, constructability review.
