DCA Civil Engineering Group provides civil engineering, land surveying and land planning for this 30-acre hospital campus. Over a 5 year period it will include roadway widening/ re-alignments of intersections, traffic management and signalization, several new buildings, the research and relocation of existing utilities, and all permit processing. The roadway widening/realignment is required as part of the Master Plan and Development Agreement for the hospital.

DCA Civil Engineering Group conducted a field survey for the preparation of a topographic survey. This included research and the plotting on the topographic survey the existing underground utilities, and the addition of easements of record from a Title Report. 

DCA Civil Engineering Group provides the following services: preparation of street improvement plans and profile, striping and signage plans, street lights, and traffic signal. This project also includes the coordination with the utility companies of any special requirements needed for the street improvements being proposed. 

For this project DCA Civil Engineering Group has prepared a Hydrology Study, a Storm Drain Plan and Profile Detail, SUSMP, SWPPP and Sewer Study which included street realignment and parking areas. 

Other services being provided by DCA Civil Engineering Group include: utility relocations, build-overs or easement coordination issues within the public right-of-way, parking areas, or newly dedicated right-of-way for utilities.
